Shipping & Returns
We strive to offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, which typically take 5–9 business days to deliver. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can claim a free replacement by emailing your order number and a clear photo of the issue to hello@capoya.com within 14 days of delivery.
For returns due to buyer's remorse or sizing errors, unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 14 days by contacting returns@capoya.com for a prepaid label. A flat fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking, while clearance items, "Final Sale" products, and gift cards remain non-refundable.
